"All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages."

William Shakespeare

All the world's a stage and the spotlight is on us...

as we enjoy the splendor of nature's majesty in Northern C.A.'s Humbolt Redwood State Park.

I suppose this web site is somewhat like our stage... you'll see people and things come and go, and as this site progresses, hopefully, you'll be able to explore life with Anthony and me, as we grow and continue on our life's journey, playing out many parts and scenes.

Meet Holly.

Anthony and I took an incredible motorcycle trip up the coast Highway in August of 1998 for Anthony's birthday trip. (Since his birthday is in August, we like to continue our tradition of taking a camping trip and since mine is in February, we take a ski trip!) We rode the first leg from Sunnyvale to Humbolt forest with our good friends and motorcycle enthusiasts, Tony and Linda Clements. After a long day's ride, we ended up camping out together the first night at Burlington Campground. Tony and Linda continued on up the Sunshine coast to Victoria, B.C. and we got our backpacks on, parked the motorcycles and headed out on a seven mile trek up Grasshopper mountain, a 3400 ft. elevation climb, to a campground just below the lookout tower. Since the water was a 3/4 mile walk up from the campground, we ended up cooking dinner at the lookout tower at sunset. The sweet semi-retired couple who were maning the Lookout tower, invited us up to the top to do our dishes, where we watched the fog roll in through the valleys. Such an etheral site... the glow of the sunset mixed with the warm colors and fog was heavenly.
